Many new projects are on the horizon or well on the way, but since there is nothing more satisfying than completing a project, which is why with this newsletter we thought to look back on what was concluded in 2022.

This year started with the the LPC approval of our first corner building on a major Avenue, 251-253 Fifth Avenue at the corner of 28th Street. The development includes TRA’ s first 20 stories high-rise tower.

2022 saw the facade unveiling and the completion of construction.
173 west Broadway
The City finally completed the infrastructure upgrades on Worth Street and removed the barricades. Only in ‘22, we were finally able to take photos of the full facade!

We completed our smallest and most fun restoration: the renovation of an 1030’s Atlantic holiday cottage is located in the unique landscape of the creek at Towd Point, in Southampton
